BxBo Delivery app is at customers' service with the thousands of membership local pharmacies. By the expanded drone delivery service, all consumer needs are reached out even over rural and suburban places.
Project Overview
Some rural residents can not get medicinal products delivered in a reasonable time.
Design an app for BxBo Delivery that allows users to easily order and pick up medicinal products in 15 minutes.

Understanding the User
User Research
I shared a survey with users then I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs.
This user group confirmed initial assumption about medical delivery customers . The research also revealed that time was the not only factor limiting user’s choices about medical delivery to their location. Other user problems included limited transportation and poor communication with customer services. That make it difficult to get correct medical products by conventional deliveries in time.

Starting the Design
Crating a Brand Logo
At the beginning of designing the mobile app, I decided to create a logo to express the brand's character. I would also use the logo in many pages in the presentations.
So, Figma is an enough tool for creating and animating a logo in different resolutions.

What were the components of the logo?
Brand name BxBo and the delivery drone.
Himm, I thought "X" between two B's are useful for a drone logo. I said to myself "Let's try to apply some gestalt principles to create a brand logo!

Refining the Design
Before and After Usability Study
After the usability study for the hi-fi prototype, I combined the address selecting page and the stores page. I also added detailed google maps that provide seeing feedback of the pharmacies.

The app makes users feel like BxBo Delivery really thinks about how to meet their needs.
One quote from peer feedback:
“Finding nearest pharmacies and take the medicinal supplies in one app is so amazing for people living in rural areas.”

What I learned:
Ideation is a very important step to build a design. Design processes look like a cycle that makes the product better. I’m so happy to make all the steps of a UX design project.

Pre-researching, Ideation, wireframing, conducting usability study and prototyping.

I also enjoyed creating a logo and making a branding study.
Next Steps:
Conduct another round of usability studies to validate whether the pain points users experienced have been effectively addressed.
