Teknosa Consumer Electronics Retailer
I proposed an innovative solution to enhance customer satisfaction: allowing online orders with in-store pickup at the nearest Teknosa store. This initiative was recognized for its positive impact and continues to be offered today, reflecting my dedication to improving customer experiences.

In addition, my proposal for a technology magazine was also liked and started to be published in 2011 under the name Shift Delete Magazine.

Teknosa also implemented my suggestions on "online stock information", "store stock information", "store location" and some visual enhancements, which were missing in the websites at that time.
