Have you not decided on your design career? To start a new career that matches your skills, try the "find your design career" feature.

Enjoy your course with the tutorial videos recommended to you.

Project Overview

Designare is the perfect source for UX/UI design tutorials. With hundreds of videos this channel covers everything you need to know, for free. Use their course playlists or create your own playlist to follow the subjects you want to learn.

Current online shopping websites don’t recommend accurate courses or tutorial videos and users can’t create their own playlist with specific tutorial videos they need in these websites.

Designare website provides users finding most matched careers with their interests and allows designers to plan their improvement of design skills easily. Users also can create their own tutorial playlist from different course programs.

Understanding the User

User Research

Many target users treat online design educations. However, many design tutorial websites are overwhelming and confusing to navigate and search, which frustrated many target users.

Starting the Design

Paper Wireframes

I used apple pencil to create paper wireframes. That makes easier to fix sketches and to share/transfer them.

High-Fidelity Prototype

Impact:

Our target users shared that the design was intuitive to navigate through, more engaging with the images, and demonstrated a clear visual hierarchy.

What I learned:

I learned that even a small design change can have a huge impact on the user experience. The most important takeaway for me is to always focus on the real needs of the user when coming up with design ideas and solutions.

Next Steps:

Sync option will be put on the course plan sections to transfer course plan to popular digital calendars like Google Calendar and Outlook.
