Let’s Be is a charity organization focused on reaching out to needy people all around. Users find all features of the platform in the website.
Users may also prefer
My Let’s Be mobile app to follow, join or create charity events quickly.

Project Overview
Volunteers all around the world are using different charity websites. Most of them have to use meetup applications to be organized well. They don’t have a specific website or an app that includes most charity event features together.
To make organizing charity events easy and accessible in a digital platform for all. Also, with this platform, volunteers will be able to use the “team” feature with team chat and team video meetings. “Reach out to people” activity makes it possible to create an individual event to deliver clothes and shoes to needy people.
Huh!. My Roles are, as a UX trainee, to support myself for all UX roles... Do Fika myself :D

Understanding the User
User Research Summary
I used Let’s Be charity data on charity and other meetup websites and apps to develop interview questions, which were then used to conduct user interviews. Most interview participants reported feeling badly about using different apps for creating charity activities. The feedback received through research made it very clear that users would be open and willing to use a charity app to be organized with the other volunteers to access needy people around.

Starting the Design
Crating a Brand Logo
I don't know it's a common way in a UX design but I prefer to start with branding study. Name - Logo - Motto :)
These are some samples of my logo study. I studied to express the organization's motto: "Let's Be Volunteer, Let's Be reach out people, Let's Be Charity".

Team, Team, Team, Team.
I even love saying the word

Impact:
It was nice to hear “all in one app for volunteers” from the participants. At the beginning, I planned to design an app to make users create their own activities and stay in connection with other volunteers.
Nowadays, people use apps to access many entertainment things. So, why don't we use them to reach out to people who are waiting for our help?
What I learned:
I learned that even though the problem I was trying to solve was a big one, diligently going through each step of the design process and aligning with specific user needs helped me come up with solutions that were both feasible and useful.
Next Steps:
1- Adding a table of “volunteer of the month”. Users can join this competition with their Let’s Be point.
2- I will improve the “share on social media” feature with the ready to use hashtags and easy photo adding via Let’s Be calendar.
3- Conduct a new research on how successful the app is in creating volunteering activities.
